The garage door got off track on one side and couldn't move further without risking coming off completely.
The reason for the rollers popping out of the garage door track was physical bending. We secured the door in position and then worked to repair the bent track section. After that, we checked the rollers for any damage and – finding none – lubricated them and inserted them back into the track. Some testing later and the garage door was moving again with no issues.
